Core Credit is store credit added to your Toneplay customer account after purchase or renewal. Core Ultra includes €150 Included Core Credit and Core Prime includes €75 Included Core Credit. Core Supporter does not include Core Credit.

Yes. Core Credit can be used on Toneplay products and shipping, giving Ultra and Prime members flexibility over how and when they use it.

Core Credit is added to your account after your Core Ultra or Core Prime membership purchase or renewal has been processed. You will be notified once your account has been activated.

Unused Core Credit rolls over while your Core Ultra or Core Prime membership remains active. If your membership is cancelled, any unused Core Credit will still be available to spend but you will no longer have access to the Core area or any Core offers and store discounts. Core Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

No. Core Credit is non-refundable and has no cash value. It can only be used as credit for purchases in the Toneplay Records online store at www.toneplayrecords.com

Core Editions are limited edition, member-only vinyl records created exclusively for Core Ultra and Core Prime members. Each Core Edition is strictly limited to 100 copies, never repressed and restricted to one copy per title, per membership.

Core Ultra members receive a 10-day exclusive access period for every Core Edition release. During this window, Ultra members have a guaranteed opportunity to purchase one copy of that Core Edition. After the Ultra access period ends, remaining copies become available to Core Ultra and Core Prime members until sold out. The one copy per member limit remains.

Yes. Core Prime members can purchase Core Editions after the Ultra access period has ended, subject to remaining availability. Prime access is first come, first served. A minimum of 25 copies per Core Edition will be available for Core Prime members to purchase.

No. Core Supporter Tier includes a 10% discount for 12 months and supporter offers, but it does not include Core member area access or Core Edition access.

Core Editions are limited to one copy per title, per membership to keep access fair and ensure the most exclusive Toneplay releases reach genuine fans and supporters.

Each month we randomly select one Core Ultra membership number and one Core Prime membership number. The winning members each have Core Credit deposited to their store account. Each Core Ultra winner receives €100 Core Credit and each Prime winner receives €50 Core Credit. Winners are excluded from future monthly draws for the remainder of their membership period, helping rewards reach more members. Based on full membership allocation, members have approximately a 1 in 6 chance of winning during a membership year.

Core Ultra and Core Prime orders enjoy prioritised shipping fulfilment where possible. This is especially useful during busy shipping periods.

Yes. Signed copies are available on request where appropriate. Andy (Pulser) will sign releases featuring his music, productions or aliases.

Most Toneplay products are eligible for membership discounts. Some products may be excluded, including membership renewals, subscriptions plans and selected limited offers or promotions from third parties. Some offers in the Core area are listed at discounted price and are not eligable for additional discounts.

Core Memberships are processed manually. Activation may take up to 12 hours. Once your membership is active, you will be able to log in and access the benefits included with your tier.

Log in to the main Toneplay store using the email address connected to your membership. You will be sent a verification code. Once logged in you can enter the Core Members Area to purchase Core Edition vinyl and see your other special offers. Your Core membership discount is automatically applied at checkout for all elidgable items. Your assigned Core membership number wshould be retained for future offers and for accessing future member-only content.

Yes. Toneplay Core memberships renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will email you before your renewal is due to let you know about any changes to the Core program and give you the opportunity to cancel your membership.

Yes. You can cancel automatic renewal before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue your membership for another 12 months. Please email: core@toneplayrecords.com with the 'Cancel membership' in the subject line.

No. Toneplay Core memberships are personal to the account holder and cannot be sold or transferred.

No. We actively discourage this as it goes against the spirit of the Toneplay Core program. Multiple orders from the same address, email or PayPal account will be cancelled and refunded. The account will be banned from future purchases on toneplayrecords.com. Toneplay Core is limited for a reason - to ensure genuine supporters can get our most exclusive records without panic buying or competing against bots and scalpers. Toneplay Core memberships are personal to the account holder and cannot be sold or transferred.
