🎶 Toneplay Core Supporters – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Toneplay Core!

By purchasing a Toneplay Core membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1️⃣ Membership Types

Toneplay Core offers three membership tiers:

  • Core Supporter (€20)
  • Core Prime (€75)
  • Core Ultra (€150)

Each tier offers unique benefits and perks, detailed on our membership page.

2️⃣ Duration and Renewal

  • All Toneplay Core memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Members will have the option to renew before expiry.
  • Non-renewed memberships may be offered to other supporters to keep the program fair and limited.

3️⃣ Membership Limits

  • Core Supporter: No strict member limit, but limited benefits.
  • Core Prime: Limited to 100 total members (First wave – 60 memberships).
  • Core Ultra: Limited to 50 total members (First wave – 30 memberships).
  • Prime and Ultra memberships are limited to one per customer.

We reserve the right to enforce these limits to maintain exclusivity and fairness.

4️⃣ Pricing and Payment

  • All membership prices are final. Dicounts are not applicable to Core Membership purchase. VAT is applied where required (purchases on www.toneplayrecords.com are inclusive of VAT)
  • Prices may be adjusted in the future, but renewals will be notified 28 days in advance.

5️⃣ Refund Policy

  • Membership purchases are generally non-refundable.
  • Exceptions will only be made where required by applicable consumer law.
  • Physical items (e.g. Core Editions) are subject to our standard returns policy for defective or damaged goods.

6️⃣ Shipping and Fulfilment

  • Membership tiers that include Core Editions include shipping for the included record(s).
  • Future Core Editions may require separate purchase, with discounted shipping for eligible members.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate, including a valid mobile/cell phone number (not a landline) for tracking and delivery contact.
  • Toneplay Records is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7️⃣ Early Access and Limited Editions

  • Core Prime members receive 24h early access to future Core Editions and exclusive merch drops.
  • Core Ultra members receive 48h priority access.
  • Access does not guarantee availability once limited edition quantities are sold out.
  • Core Editions are limited to 100 copies and are not listed publicly outside of membership channels.
  • Core Prime or Ultra Membership ID required for some purchases. Purchases made without an ID may be refunded.

8️⃣ Facebook Group Access

  • Membership includes an invitation to our invite-only Core Supporters Facebook Group (launching August 2025).
  • Group membership is optional but subject to Facebook’s terms and Toneplay’s community guidelines.
  • Members who violate community rules may be removed from the group without refund.

9️⃣ Discount Codes and Perks

  • Members receive a 15% store-wide discount for 12 months.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Prime and Ultra members may receive additional exclusive offers and perks during the membership period.

1️⃣0️⃣ General Terms

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.
  • Toneplay Records reserves the right to modify or discontinue specific perks or offerings if necessary (e.g. due to supply issues, changes in law, or platform limitations). However, we will always aim to deliver fair value and communicate clearly with members.
  • By purchasing a membership, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Toneplay Records reserves the right to update these terms. We will notify members in advance of significant changes.
