Toneplay Core Membership Terms

These terms apply to Toneplay Core memberships purchased from Toneplay Records. By purchasing a Toneplay Core membership, you agree to these terms together with the current membership details shown on the Toneplay Core membership page and the relevant membership product page.
Toneplay Core is a membership programme created for collectors, fans and supporters of Toneplay Records. Membership benefits vary by tier and may include store discounts, Core Credit, Core Edition access, member-only offers and other benefits described on the Toneplay Core membership page.
1. Membership Types
1.1. Toneplay Core currently includes three membership types: Core Ultra, Core Prime and Core Supporter.
1.2. Core Ultra is priced at €150 for 12 months and is limited to 75 members.
1.3. Core Prime is priced at €75 for 12 months and is limited to 75 members.
1.4. Core Supporter is priced at €20 for 12 months and is an unlimited supporter tier.
1.5. Core Supporter does not include Core member area access, Core Edition access, Core Credit or monthly Core Credit prize draw eligibility.
2. Membership Duration and Renewal
2.1. All Toneplay Core memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Core Ultra and Core Prime memberships renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2.3. The PayPal account used for the original Core Ultra or Core Prime membership purchase will be charged automatically on renewal.
2.4. Core Supporter membership does not renew automatically. Supporter members may purchase a new Supporter membership after their 12-month period ends if they wish to continue receiving Supporter benefits.
2.5. Members will be notified in advance of any membership price changes before a renewal payment is taken.
2.6. Toneplay Records will also notify members before renewal if significant changes are made to the Core programme for the next membership period.
2.7. Members may cancel automatic renewal before their renewal date by emailing core@toneplayrecords.com.
2.8. Cancelling automatic renewal prevents the next renewal payment but does not automatically refund the current membership period.
3. Membership Limits, Numbers and Account Responsibility
3.1. Core Ultra memberships are limited to 75 members. Core Prime memberships are limited to 75 members.
3.2. Only one Toneplay Core membership may be held per customer.
3.3. Memberships are personal to the account holder and may not be sold, transferred, shared or used by another person.
3.4. Membership numbers are issued to individual members and may not be shared, transferred or used by another person.
3.5. Members are responsible for keeping their membership number secure where it is used to access member-only content, products or benefits.
3.6. Membership numbers may be retired when a membership expires, is cancelled or is not renewed.
3.7. Toneplay Records may cancel and refund orders where a customer attempts to bypass membership limits, Core Edition purchase limits, member-only access restrictions or other programme restrictions.
3.8. Toneplay Records may also cancel and refund membership purchases made because of pricing errors, technical errors, platform errors or other purchase errors.
4. Core Credit
4.1. Core Ultra includes €150 Included Core Credit. Core Prime includes €75 Included Core Credit. Core Supporter does not include Core Credit.
4.2. Core Credit is store credit added to the member’s Toneplay customer account after the membership purchase or renewal has been processed.
4.3. Core Credit may be used towards eligible Toneplay products and shipping costs on toneplayrecords.com.
4.4. Unused Core Credit rolls over while the applicable Core Ultra or Core Prime membership remains active.
4.5. If a membership expires, is cancelled or is not renewed, all membership benefits will end on or after the membership expiry date. This includes membership discounts, Core Edition access, Core member area access, member-only offers, prize draw eligibility and any other membership benefits associated with the membership.
4.6. Any unused Core Credit remaining on the account may continue to be used as ordinary store credit on toneplayrecords.com after membership expiry. However, this does not provide continued access to membership benefits.
4.7. Core Credit and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another person or account.
4.8. Toneplay Records may correct errors relating to Core Credit balances, allocations, transactions or account activity.
5. Membership Discounts and Offers
5.1. Core Ultra includes a 20% storewide discount for 12 months.
5.2. Core Prime includes a 15% storewide discount for 12 months.
5.3. Core Supporter includes a 10% storewide discount for 12 months.
5.4. Some products may be excluded from membership discounts, including memberships, subscription plans and selected limited offers or promotions from third parties.
5.5. Some offers in the Core area may already be listed at a special price and may not be eligible for additional discounts.
5.6. Membership discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
6. Core Editions
6.1. Core Editions are limited edition, member-only vinyl records created for Core Ultra and Core Prime members.
6.2. Each Core Edition vinyl release is strictly limited to 100 copies and will never be repressed.
6.3. Core Edition purchases are limited to one copy per title, per membership.
6.4. Core Ultra members receive a 10-day exclusive access period for Core Edition releases.
6.5. During the Ultra access period, each active Core Ultra member is entitled to purchase one copy of the relevant Core Edition.
6.6. After the Ultra access period ends, any remaining copies become available to Core Ultra and Core Prime members until sold out.
6.7. Core Prime access is first come, first served and subject to remaining availability after the Ultra access period.
6.8. Core Supporter members do not receive Core Edition access.
6.9. Core Edition access rights do not guarantee ownership of a Core Edition. A Core Edition must be purchased during the applicable access period and in accordance with these terms.
7. Core Member Area
7.1. Core Ultra and Core Prime members receive access to the Core member area, which may include Core Editions, member-only products, special offers and collectibles.
7.2. Access to the Core member area is tied to the member’s customer account and membership status.
7.3. If a membership expires, is cancelled or is not renewed, access to the Core member area will be removed.
8. Monthly Core Credit Prize Draws
8.1. Core Ultra members are eligible for a monthly €100 Core Credit prize draw.
8.2. Core Prime members are eligible for a monthly €50 Core Credit prize draw.
8.3. Core Supporter members are not eligible for monthly Core Credit prize draws.
8.4. Toneplay Records may conduct one Core Ultra and one Core Prime prize draw each month.
8.5. One eligible Core Ultra membership number and one eligible Core Prime membership number will normally be selected at random.
8.6. Winners receive the relevant prize as Core Credit added to their Toneplay customer account.
8.7. Winners are excluded from further monthly draws for the remainder of their membership period.
8.8. Prize draw rewards are issued as Core Credit only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Fulfilment, Shipping and Signed Copies
9.1. Core Ultra and Core Prime orders receive priority fulfilment.
9.2. Priority fulfilment does not guarantee a specific delivery date and may be affected by stock availability, pressing schedules, order volumes, carrier delays or incomplete delivery information.
9.3. Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details, including a valid phone number where required for tracking or delivery.
9.4. Toneplay Records is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
9.5. Signed copies may be requested for releases featuring music produced by Andy (Pulser) or his associated aliases. Signed copies are not guaranteed.
10. Limited Edition Availability, Damage and Loss
10.1. Core Editions are strictly limited releases and replacement copies may not always be available.
10.2. If a Core Edition is lost, damaged, defective or cannot be supplied for any reason, Toneplay Records will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution. However, due to the limited nature of Core Editions, replacement copies cannot be guaranteed.
10.3. Depending on the circumstances and available stock, Toneplay Records may offer a replacement copy, an alternative product, store credit or a refund.
10.4. Any such resolution will be determined at Toneplay Records’ discretion following consultation with the customer.
10.5. Where a refund is issued, it will normally be made using the original payment method. Orders purchased using Core Credit or store credit may be refunded in the same form.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
11.1. Membership purchases are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable consumer law.
11.2. Core Credit is non-refundable and has no cash value.
11.3. Membership discounts, Core access and member-only opportunities have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
11.4. Physical products purchased through Toneplay Records remain subject to Toneplay Records’ standard returns policy for damaged, defective or incorrect items, subject to the limited availability rules for Core Editions set out above.
12. Programme Changes and Future Renewals
12.1. Toneplay Records may make minor changes to membership benefits, processes, website functionality or programme administration where reasonably necessary or where such changes are considered beneficial to members.
12.2. If a significant change affects membership benefits, pricing, access rights or other material aspects of the Core programme, members will be notified by email and/or via the Toneplay Records website before the change takes effect.
12.3. Changes will apply to future membership periods and will not alter the membership benefits or terms applicable to the member’s current membership period, unless required by law or circumstances beyond Toneplay Records’ reasonable control.
12.4. Members who do not wish to continue under updated terms may cancel automatic renewal before their renewal date.
13. Events Outside Toneplay Records’ Control
13.1. Toneplay Records shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
13.2. This may include manufacturing delays, supplier issues, shipping disruptions, technical failures, payment platform issues, legal restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
