Q&A
Who can access Core Editions?
Core Editions are available only to Core Prime and Core Ultra members.
How long does it take for my membership to be activated?
Core Memberships are processed manually. This may take up to 12 hours. Once your membership is activated you will be able to login and access Core benefits. You will be notified by email when your Core membership is activated.
How many can I buy?
Core Editions are strictly limited to one copy per title, per membership. This ensures Core Editions are available to all Core Ultra and Prime Members.
How does early access work?
Core Ultra Members get 10 days early access to all new Core Editions and are guaranteed a copy if they purchase during the early access period. A minimum of 25 copies will then be made available to Core Prime Members until all copies are sold.
How do I chose my included Core Edition records?
We will send you 1 or 2 disount vouchers.
Can I order other items when purchasing membership?
Yes, but if you wait for your membership to be activated you can then use your discount and save money on your order.
How do I log in?
Login to the main store (top right) and use your email. You will be sent a verification code. No password required. Once logged in your membership discount will be automatically applied to applicable products.
Are all items discounted?
Most items are but some, such as membership renewals and selected pre-orders, are excluded.
Will my Core Membership renew automatically?
No. Core Memberships will expire 1 year after purchase. We will notify you 30 days before expiry to offer you renewal. After expiry the limited membership slot will become available to others.
Can I get a refund if I don't claim my vinyl options within the membership period?
No. Once a Core Membership expires so do the options to claim or purchase Core Editions records.
Can I cancel my membership and get a partial refund?
No. Core Membership are for 1 year and are non-refundable.
Can I sell or transfer my Core Membership?
No. Core Memberships are not transferable.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Core Memberships cannot currently be upgraded.
